Our 7th & 8th Grade students visited Craftsbury School last week. Chris Poulos, a BMX bike stunt performer and motivational speaker amazed our students with his daring stunts. In addition, Chris shared his life experiences. He spoke to the students about bullying, cyberbullying, character building, and core values. (VSAC sponsored this event.)

Our 3rd and 4th Graders had the opportunity to take a cruise on the Northern Star. This opportunity was provided by the Memphremagog Watershed Association. These same students had the opportunity to explore the shores of the lake last Spring, and now they have also explored the open water. The scientist that presented, helped students collect samples, and look closely at thes samplings are very knowledgeable and enjoyed working with our students. They also got to meet Governor Scott aboard the ship!

Congratulations to our Owls on another win last night vs Lowell. Bentley saved multiple shots on goal, giving up only one goal scored by penalty kick in the second half. The Owls scored 7 by Mason (3), Bronson (2), Treyshon (1) and Mia (1). Catch another game tonight at 4pm @ Brighton.

We have reached "Yippee" on our owls nest as part of our PBIS system! Students are being kind to each other, listening to adults, and being helpful around our building. It is wonderful to see them helping each other! See Below for an image of students dumping their classroom container into the owls nest by the office.

It's been a beautiful fall to be having outdoor PE and Mrs. Booth is making the most of it. Check out our students playing disk golf in the gorgeous fall sunshine.
